You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. re999 support staff will never ask for your password — any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to re999 immediately.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.3 Account Dormancy. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. re999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after giving reasonable prior notice. 4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. re999 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication as an optional security enhancement. Users who enable two-factor authentication accept that re999 is not liable for any delay or failure in SMS delivery that is caused by third-party telecommunications providers, including Pakistani mobile networks.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. re999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected debit and credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and re999 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit on re999 is Rs 200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your re999 account and may vary by payment method. re999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits above specified thresholds.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during re999 operational hours. re999 targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals and two to four hours for bank transfers on business days, though these are targets and not contractual guarantees. 5.6 Erroneous Transactions. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your re999 account, re999 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your balance accordingly, regardless of whether or not you have already used any incorrectly credited funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a re999 account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. 6.3 Game Weighting. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned, though specific rules apply depending on how much of the event has been completed.
8.5 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. re999 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed after the relevant incident has occurred but before the market is suspended due to a data delay are void and stakes will be returned.
